鼻尖部軟骨移植、 鼻孔縁延長術（鼻孔縁下降術） 術後約7年再診

今日は今から遡る事87 年前の1933年、国際連盟総会で日本軍の満洲撤退勧告案が採択され日本全権大使・松岡洋右が連盟脱退を宣言し退場 した日です。
後日帰国した松岡は「言うべきことを言ってのけた」「国民の溜飲を下げさせた」初めての外交官として、国民には凱旋将軍のように大歓迎されました。

87years ago from today, February 24th 1933, the Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Yosuke Matsuoka retired the assembly of the League of Nations indicating that Japan would withdraw from the organization. Such action was Japan's response to the report by the Lytton Commission being acknowledged.
Upon his return, Matsuoka was highly appraised as a diplomat by the Japanese public for his firm attitude.

1919年2月13日国際連盟規約委員会にて当時常任理事国であった日本が提案した
人種あるいは国籍如何（いかん）により法律上あるいは事実上何ら差別を設けざることを約す と言う条項、いわゆる「人種差別撤廃条項」を廃案した国連に当時の日本人は欧米の抑圧と国連の胡散臭さを感じていたのかもしれません。

Since the "racial equality clause" (suggested by Japan, a permanent council member) in the covenant of the League of Nations Commission was rejected, they clearly felt oppression from the Western nations, and additionally the uncertainty of the League of Nations organization itself.



また1942年2月24日には、日本海軍の伊17乙型大型潜水艦によるアメリカ本土のカリフォルニア州サンタバーバラのエルウッド石油製油所へ砲撃が行われた日にもなります。米国が他国の軍隊によって本土が襲われた史上初の日になります。


Furthermore, the same day in 1942 during World War II, an I-17 B1 type submarine of the Imperial Japanese Navy shelled the Ellwood Oil Field in Santa Barbara, California, of the U.S. mainland.

This is the first time for the U.S. to have their mainland attacked by other nation.

本日ご紹介の患者さんは当院受診前に他院で小鼻縮小術をお受けになられた既往がある患者さんです。

今回　鼻先を下げたい、鼻の穴が正面から見えるのを目立たなくしたいとのご希望にて　鼻尖部軟骨移植、鼻孔縁延長術（鼻孔縁下降術）を当院で約7年前にお受けになられました。
